Stainless Steel 316Ti Angle is a titanium-stabilized, austenitic stainless steel alloy of chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), and titanium (up to 0.5%), with lower carbon content (<0.08%). Titanium improves resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly after welding. It provides tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 35%, which can resist temperatures of up to 600°C. The alloy provides superior oxidation resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability over the long term, which makes it ideal for use in high-stress conditions with corrosive chemicals and high temperatures.
