Monel Circles consist of a nickel-copper alloy, normally containing 63% nickel, 28–34% copper, and trace elements such as iron (2.5%), manganese (2%), carbon (0.3%), and silicon (0.5%). This special composition offers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in seawater and acidic environments. The alloy has a tensile strength of 550–700 MPa, yield strength of 240–345 MPa, and elongation of up to 30%, with a good balance of toughness and flexibility. Monel Circles, with a melting point range of 1300–1350°C, exhibit mechanical stability at elevated temperatures, which means it can be used for high-stress and critical industrial processes.
