Monel 400 Circle (DIN 2.4360) is a nickel-copper alloy consisting of around 63% nickel and 28–34% copper, with iron (up to 2.5%), manganese (2%), and carbon (0.3%). The composition ensures excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, acidic, and alkaline environments. It offers tensile strength of 550–700 MPa, yield strength of 240–345 MPa, and elongation of 30%, ensuring better ductility and strength under stress. Monel 400, with its melting point range of 1300–1350°C, provides structural stability at high temperatures and is well suited for industrial applications involving high pressures and corrosion.
