Titanium Grade 5 Circle, also referred to as Ti-6Al-4V, is an alpha-beta titanium alloy containing roughly 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This alloy offers a distinctive combination of high strength, light weight, and excellent corrosion resistance. It provides a tensile strength of approximately 900 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10–15%. Ti-6Al-4V is also fatigue-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and creep-resistant at high temperatures. It also has excellent formability, machinability, and weldability, which makes it the standard in performance-critical applications.
