Super Duplex Steel S32750 Foil consists of around 24–26% Chromium, 6–8% Nickel, 3–5% Molybdenum, balance mainly Iron, and small amounts of Nitrogen, Manganese, and Carbon. This advanced–alloy microstructure offers superior resistance to chloride-assisted corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, S32750 exhibits superior strength with up to 800 MPa tensile strength, approximately 550 MPa yield strength, and elongation between 15%–25%. Its high fatigue strength and weldability make it ideal for aggressive and high-pressure environments.
