Super Duplex Steel Coil and Slitting Coil mainly consist of chromium (24–26%), nickel (6–8%), molybdenum (3–5%), and nitrogen, along with small amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon. This alloy boasts high yield strength and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 750 MPa and a yield strength of 550 MPa, with an elongation of about 25%. The dual-phase microstructure (ferrite-austenite) enhances its toughness and durability, especially in extreme conditions.
