The Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Coil and Slitting Coil are made up of nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (the balance), with carefully controlled amounts of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. The Incoloy 800H and 800HT versions are specially modified to enhance creep and stress rupture strength at high temperatures, thanks to their increased carbon content and optimized levels of Al+Ti. These coils boast impressive tensile strength ranging from 500–750 MPa, yield strength between 200–350 MPa, and remarkable ductility. Their resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation ensures they perform reliably even under harsh thermal and chemical conditions.
