Typically, Incoloy Channels are crafted from alloys that contain 30–46% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and the rest is iron, with some grades including elements like molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This unique composition gives them remarkable resistance to oxidation, carburization, and corrosive attacks in both reducing and oxidizing environments. Incoloy Channels boast tensile strengths ranging from 70–100 ksi (480–690 MPa) and maintain their mechanical stability even under thermal cycling and high-pressure situations. They’re also well-regarded for their ability to resist chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and degradation from acids.
