Stainless Steel 316Ti is an austenitic alloy that contains 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and about 0.5% titanium for stabilization. The addition of titanium helps prevent carbide precipitation during welding, enhancing resistance to intergranular corrosion. With a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa and a yield strength close to 205 MPa, this alloy showcases excellent ductility, weldability, and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures.
