Stainless Steel 304H Channel is an 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel austenitic stainless steel with a higher content of carbon (0.04–0.10%), enhancing high temperature strength and creep resistance over normal 304. This alloy provides tensile strength of 515–720 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and good elongation and ductility. It offers superb corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing and high-temperature conditions. With improved formability and weldability, SS 304H Channels find applications in fabricated structures and thermal stress use, providing both mechanical stability and long life.
