Super Duplex Steel S32760 sheets and plates consist of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, with minimal additions of tungsten, copper, and silicon. This balanced composition provides excellent pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, especially in chloride-containing and aggressive chemical environments. The alloy shows very good mechanical strength, with tensile strength between 750–1000 MPa, yield strength of 550–750 MPa, and elongation of 25–30%. Its strong composition provides thermal stability, impact toughness, and structural stability under harsh conditions.
